 1. We can fax, email, mail, or drop off flyers for you to hand out to your members, so they can begin tagging and gathering items to donate to your cause. For schools this works best if put directly in each students backpack or mailbox. Or you can choose to set out the flyers to pick-up but we have found that there will be less response from your organization. 

 2. Your Organization Becomes the Consignor so be sure to view all relevant details to what consigning is all about! There are a couple of options here. 

A. Either the consignors bring in their items separately under the one Consignor number for the organization  

OR 

B. You can gather the items at your location and have volunteers input and attach the hang tags. Then bring them to the sale as one big batch. 

You get to choose what is easiest for your group to be successful. 

Get a Pre-Sale consignor pass for each of the members that choose to participate (which means they get in early to the sale to get the best deals and items as a shopper, which is a coveted spot!)  

 And if any members want to volunteer for the organization in 4 hour increments for a total of 32 hours, 12 during tear down they get free pizza for those volunteering, PLUS we boost your proceeds to 80%.
