Early Shopping/Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteer Workers are the Lifeblood of a Successful Sale ~ You do not have to be a Consignor to Volunteer. Our volunteers earn Early Shopping Passes PLUS other volunteer perks ~ (see below)!
We greatly depend on and appreciate all of our volunteers who help us to make this the best shopping and consigning event in the Omaha Metro area. Our volunteers enjoy making new friends, seeing old friends and love this opportunity to do something a little different with their day.
 

  1. Early Workers Benefits (Work 2 shifts 4 hours each):

Shop on Wednesday at 3 PM

    1. Shop 1st AND if one of your shifts is during Set Up then you receive 4 additional entries for each hour worked into our Consignor/Volunteer Drawings.  If you work Sunday on Breakdown/ Sort Day… you receive 4 additional entries for each hour worked into our Consignor/Volunteer Drawings, Free Lunch provided, AND we have a Grab Bag of prizes for you to draw from ranging in price from $5 - $25! 
    2. Receive 4 Guest Passes for our Special Guest Pre- Sale at 6 PM on Wednesday to share with friends and family.

    1. Refer 1 New Consignor: Receive 4 Guest Passes for our Special Guest Pre- Sale at 6 PM on Wednesday to share with friends and family.
    2. Refer 2 New Consignors: Receive an Early Worker Pass and shop even earlier for better selection.
    3. Refer 4 New Consignors: Receive an Early Worker pass Plus a 75/25 split on your consigned items.
    4. Refer 6 New Consignors: Receive an Early Worker pass Plus an 80/20 split on your consigned items.
       
  1. Special Guest Passes

Shop Wednesday at 6 PM

 

Expectant Moms email us at info@consignavabella.com with your due date and a request for this Early Shopping Pass.

 


Senior Citizens 55 & Older receive $5.00 off a purchase of $25.00 or more. Email info@consignavabella.com to request this pass Early Shopping Pass.


Grandmas, Teachers, Daycare Providers, Foster Parents, Home Schoolers.  Email info@consignavabella.com to request this Early Shopping Pass.

 

 

Other Options to Earn Shopping Passes:


 Yard Signs 
Option 1 - One Yard Sign plus 2 Volunteer Hours = Worker Benefits
Option 2 - One Yard Sign plus 4 Volunteer Hours on Breakdown/Sort Day = Early Worker Benefits
Option 3 – Place 10 Signs in assigned areas = Early Worker Benefits
Some ideas for Yard Sign Placement include Subdivision Entrances, Places of Business, Yards of Homes, Daycares, Pre-Schools, Elementary Schools (with permission).

 
 
Door Hangers

 
**** DOOR HANGERS ARE TO BE HUNG ONLY ON FRONT DOOR KNOBS OF HOUSES = NOT ON OR IN MAILBOXES!! IT IS ILLEGAL TO PUT ANYTHING IN OR ON U.S. MAILBOXES!!!
Option 1 - 100 Door Hangers = Worker Benefits
Option 2 - 200 Door Hangers = Early Worker Benefits
Option 3 - 100 Door Hangers plus 2 Volunteer Hours on Breakdown/Sort Day = Early Worker Benefits

 
Door Hangers are to be delivered to pre-approved neighborhoods. This is a great opportunity for moms/dads to do while pushing the stroller, do with your kids or grandmas/grandpas wanting some exercise can also earn an early shopping opportunity!

 
Flyer and Poster Distribution

 
We are looking for anyone who will help spread the word about Ava Bella Consignment in their community by distributing several hundred flyers to our target market-families with children. Possible places for flyer and poster distribution include preschools, daycares, dance studios, doctor’s offices and more. = Early Worker Benefits

Dads/Grandpas Needed

 
We need dads/grandpas who will help with the Set-up and the Breakdown. When dads/grandpas work, the wives love it because they get to shop early! = Early Worker Benefits

 
Signs or Banners

 
We are in need of several large banners and lots of small signs to advertise our event, if you are able to supply us with either of these, you will receive an Early Worker’s Benefits.

 
Media Coverage

 
If you can help us with Radio, Television or Newspaper Coverage you will receive an Early Worker Benefits.

 
U-Haul Type Truck

 
If you have or know someone who has a U-Haul type truck that we could use to break down our sale, you will receive one pre-sale Early Worker’s Benefits.

 
Printing

 
If you have access to provide the printing and folding of 500 flyers (we would supply colored paper), you will receive an Early Worker’s Benefits.
